How do I create a bathymetric profile on my grid?

To create a batyhmetric profile from a grid:

1. Make sure your grid has the schema Seabed. (See: How do I change the schema of my dataset?)
2. Right-click the grid you want to extract the profile from and click Generate Bathymetric Profile.
3. In the dialog, click the Start button
4. Point and click in the graphics window, to select a start point.
5. Point and click in the graphics window, to select an end point.
6. Specify a name for the profile (default is "gridname profile") and click OK
7. Click OK

You will now find the profile in the folder 2. Seabed/Bathymetric Profiles
