Restart the Geocap system. May be used to set important variables in Geocap back to the initialize phase. 

h2. Arguments

{indent}No arguments. Restart Geocap and initialize all variables, arrays and modules. This command may be used in front of a script to secure that no settings from other scripts/commands are valid anymore.{indent}
