Known Issues:
Tool Failed to Open - This error message may occasionally appear when attempting to open a tool. Unfortunately, this is a known bug in ArcGIS Pro, not in our system. We have reported the issue to Esri but do not yet have an estimated timeline for resolution. The error is more likely to occur if ArcGIS Pro has been running for several minutes before opening a tool. As a workaround, we recommend opening the tool immediately after starting ArcGIS Pro to avoid this issue.

Maritime Limits and Boundaries for ArcGIS is now available for both ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x, 3.1.x and 3.12.x
Tools now check license during startup of the tool. If there are issues with the license the user is notified of this before filling out the various fields.
