• Supports two ways to license the add-in:

  • Single sign-on (SSO) updated to the latest Geocap sign-in. Click the license button the sign-in page opens automatically. Sign in with your account to check out a license.

  • Geocap MLB can now also be licensed with offline license files. In ArcGIS Pro, go to Options → Geocap MLB and select the license file. Once loaded, the license button shows "Licensed", and hovering over it displays the license details. The license file may be open or tied to a specific computer.

Known Issues:

Tool Failed to Open - This error message may occasionally appear when attempting to open a tool. Unfortunately, this is a known bug in ArcGIS Pro, not in our system. We have reported the issue to Esri but do not yet have an estimated timeline for resolution. The error is more likely to occur if ArcGIS Pro has been running for several minutes before opening a tool. As a workaround, we recommend opening the tool immediately after starting ArcGIS Pro to avoid this issue.
