Our products writes detailed info about what they are doing to a windows log. This log can be viewed and written to a text file using the Microsoft program DebugView:
- Start DebugView. Geocap for ArcGIS: Geocap 3D Explorer toolbar: Help→Start Dbgview... You can also download it directly from Microsoft: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview.
- Clear the log: DebugView: Edit→Clear Display
- Reproduce error
- Save log to file: DebugView: File→Save As...
- Send the log to support@geocap.no
