I have found a bug. What should I do?

Please check that you are running on the lates Geocap version for your platform. Goto http://www.geocap.no/downloads (requires login) to get the latest version of Geocap.

To report a bug, please do the following:

  1. Write an email in english, and try to include a step-by-step description of actions leading up to the problem. (Screenshots of error messages etc. are often helpful)
  2. Send the email to support@geocap.no

It is often helpful for us to get the same data as you are working on, in order for us to identify the problem. We will often ask you to send us part of your project. See: I want to give my project to a friend. What do I do? on how to do this.
