Introduction

This section contains the documentation on operations which can be performed from a folder of schema type Single Beam in a Geocap Seafloor project.

 

The content of the folder

The Single Beam folder contains the data and the tools for working with single beam echo sounder data in a Geocap Seafloor project. The Single Beam folder is located under the Survey folder, and a Geocap Seafloor project can contain several Single Beam folders. The Survey folder menu contains tools for creating new Single Beam folders.

The Single Beam folder contains several menu items on the right click menu. The tools for single beam data are located on the top of the menu, and listed in the graphic below. The functionality of each of the tools is described later in this section.
